Representatives are poorly trained, They never answer the phone or follow up or call back. I personally do sells and from a professional point of view can speak upon this office very poorly, I canceled my policy and they sent my last payment to collections for some reason. After they fail to enroll me on automatic payments for multiple months. Very poor management as well Frank is not a responsible man. I am currently calling them to fix this issue and they sent my calls to voicemail .
