Frank Ristucci the most Unprofessional realtor hasn't got a clue what Professional means. Arranges Open House , confirms Open House. Then No shows with a response of Duh.! His texts seem to be written by a 5 year old... Spelling incorrect, Wording doesn't make sense. Then removes sign and takes off market. Seems to me he broke his own contract. We will get a realtor that is a Professional.
