I loved the Cadillac XT5 I purchased from Tim Witt in Crivitz. Unfortunately, the follow-through after the sale has been incredibly disappointing. The body shop did a great job repairing the back tailgate/window/roof of my 25 Tahoe. And the service team showed excellent customer service working out a deal after having some issues post purchase. In addition Drake was a very helpful and professional salesperson.. got me in and out super quick when I initially purchased. If anybody is in the Chevy market, I will definitely recommend them to these guys.
Donovan was great to work with throughout our vehicle purchase. He really took the time to work with us, answer our questions, and make sure everything went smoothly. Sandy was also wonderful and made the whole experience a positive one. We really appreciate all their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
