They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They drew blood for tests which I told them I didn't have medical insurance and couldn't afford the costs of the lab work. They did the tests anyway. Never once did the doctor make any attempt to advise me about the lab fees, nor did he make any attempt to ask the billing dept to talk to me about the fees. Nor did he advise me that I might be able to get these tests done elsewhere (for perhaps a lower cost).
