Do not do business with Mr. Frank Martinez, he is an unethical, unprofessional, and of course like most attorneys: Dishonest person. He was recommended to me to prepare my taxes, I made the mistake of paying him in advance since he was referred to me by a trusted source and he kept my money. With No shame he advised me he would be keeping my money. I am amazed how people like this have a license to steal from people trying to make a living DECNTLY not by stealing from people!.
