I have a steam heating system and recently my radiators sounded abnormally loud. It sounded like 10 cauldrons boiling instead of gentle hissing. So I checked my boiler and to my horror, the water gauge was full of water no matter how I drained it. As a precaution, I turned off the heat and then I contacted Frank Moody. He returned my call, figured it was a leaky gasket (if memory serves me right) and replaced it. As per usual, he was courteous, professional, and quick. Update: Fall of 2023 Frank came to change our leaking toilet water tank and fix a fausett and he did it fast and efficient. Frank is very professional and reliable! We always feel being well taken care of and given a priority! Excellent service! I cannot recommend him highly enough! It's such a relief knowing that we can call him for any plumbing needs and he will be there as soon as possible. SIMPLY THE BEST!! Been having a problem with a furnace that was put in by someone else that is nolonger in business called Moody and he got it running when it would not throw heat had to have him back and he came right away and as soon as you call him and he is not over booked he comes as soon as he can today it was not even ten minutes he is the best definitely don’t get mad. Get Moody love that logo.
Although they were very busy frank stoped by maybe an hour later and was able to fix the problem very professional and answered all my questions very good service
Made an appointment with him. He never showed up. Wasted my time.
