TERRIBLE Customer Service!! Their customer service is TERRIBLE. I have tried to give them multiple chances because their prices are so good, but the Frank Door sales staff are pompous "jack-o-lanterns". I honestly have had better experience with their door builders who I happen to catch walking through the store.
