Jon made me feel comfortable from the get-go, answering all my questions and assuring me that he was the right man for the job. All through the process Jon kept me informed via email with everything that was going on. And anytime I called with questions if he didn’t answer right then and there, he got back with me promptly and answered my questions. And the outcome of my case was better than expected.
