I would highly recommend Dr. Lamarca for any spinal surgery needs. Everyone in his office were very compassionate and helpful. He explained what problems I had going on and what my options were to repair them. He was there to answer any questions that I had, before and after surgery. If I ever have more back problems, I would not hesitate to go back to Dr. Lamars.

I had a failed laminectomy/nerve decompression at l5s1 in February 2018, i was told 6 week recovery and was out of work for a total of 6 months because of the failed surgery.All his office did was prescribe oxy (and not wean me off of it, just plain stopped it when I was still in excruciating pain). They kicked me out of the clinic after 3 months and I now am using a walker and wheelchair fulltime. I never saw him after the first consult, including the day of surgery he was never seen.

Absolutely phenomenal doctor. He performed a surgery on my Down's Syndrome brother's C-spine and saved his life. Normally this is a very high risk surgery which many surgeons would not touch.We were at a crossroads where we would have lost my brother had this surgery not been performed. My brother is doing very well after 12 yrs now, and I will be forever grateful to Dr LaMarca. I urge anyone to look past the petty issues some people complain about on here and instead look at the results.
