I’ve always had great care from Dr Gay. He listens and doesn’t rush you out the door. I always leave feeling as though all my concerns are addressed.

I saw Dr. Gay a few times during my pregnancy. Each time he made it a point to tell me how overweight I was. I thought I was in the clear and he wouldn’t be delivering my baby; after a few c-sections were pushed ahead of me, I was unfortunately left with him. I went in for a postpartum visit on March 26, 2020 and he said everything looked “perfect.” That night I noticed my incision getting red and becoming warm to the touch. The next day my incision was open and actively leaking fluid. My mom took me to the office and they h... read more

There are times that Dr. Gay is compassionate & takes his time to explain things, completely remembering your medical history & future goals. Other times it’s as if he has no idea who I am, what my medical history is, or what my family planning goals are. He has been my gynecologist for 10 years. He has “treated” me for fertility issues, TTC, & heavy, irregular periods. It seems that because I’m not TTC or pregnant that I’m low on his list of importance. He is not interested in finding the root cause of a problem, but simply... read more

Dr Gay has saved us several times. When I went into early labor he stayed by my side through the night doing everything he could to give my newborn more time. His wisdom stopped labor and got me through my due date. He also spoke up about my mammograms (dense breast tissue) and pushed me to go to a specialist to get ultrasounds. To my surprise and with no family history, years later an ultrasound picked up an early stage breast cancer. Through these trials, Dr Gay has been wise, available, thoughtful, and prayerful. He feels... read more

I was not getting the answer I wanted to hear from other providers so I asked to be moved to Dr Gays schedule. Best move ever! He immediately found my issue and explained all my options. On the day of my surgery, he prayed with me to ease my anxiety. I do have to wait longer for appts but sometimes good things come to those who wait!

Went in for a cervix check at almost 40 weeks pregnant. He was very rough and kind of rude. Very inconsiderate and made it seem as if I was nowhere near labor. Actually I was in early labor and ended up having my baby the next day. I’m glad he didn’t deliver my baby.

Dr. Frank Gay called me Obese at 17 weeks pregnant. He stated everything that could or was wrong with me and my baby was because I was obese. I did my anatomy scan that day and the ultrasound tec was unable to see my baby's heart, legs, arms and feet. He stated it was because I was obese and my stomach was too big. This pregnancy I have lost 15 lbs because I had been sick and been hospitalized 3 times for dehydration and passing out just in my 1st trimester. He stated that was good I needed to continue to loose weight and no... read more
