Took my truck in which is under warranty because its backfiring and not running right, I never signed anything was never told I was going to have to pay a diagnostic fee on a vehicle that is under warranty they did not even do a proper diagnostic, the problem they diagnosed was previously checked by another frank kent location and was good they never even opened the hood all the dust from my parking lot at work was un touched. Attempted to buy a car online. Dealership did not want to lower price which is fine, but their communication was very poor. I saw the car price lowered on Cars.Com and which was less than $200 off my price. Instead of negotiating they told me car was sold. As of this am, multiple people told me the car was available until I told them my name. At this time they figured it was me, it was again sold. Poor business practice by discriminating against me
