I loved living in the Saco Mil #4 for three years before moving to a retirement community out of state. I am a year gone now, and I still miss it. I thought the management was very fair but firm-handed when needed. You can't keep everyone happy, and the rules are for everyone with an eye toward safety. Maintenance came quickly and often went above and beyond. Covid made staffing the cleaning crew hard, but it was done well even with so many dogs making a mess inside and out, especially in winter. Wonderful place to live, great affordable apartments, low utilities and helpful staff. The residents are friendly and such sweet people!
Great apartments, affordable, utilities are low and nice balconies. Staff are always helpful and residents are friendly.
Noise is a major problem here. The walls separating units are razor thin; can’t get mad at anyone for being noisy because everyone can here what everyone else is doing. Very frustrating. Best kept secret in Dover seems to be that this place is massively overrated.
