Dr. Penna is absolutely amazing. My son’s first day home after outpatient surgery went very smoothly. My baby experienced only minor discomfort, no bruising, and by day two the swelling had already begun to go down. Dr. Penna was friendly and put me at ease right away. He is a doctor who truly cares about his patients, and I am so very grateful.
