I made my first appointment with Dr. Kleinsorge for a regular eye checkup and immediately he was able to see that I had Papilledema in both of my eyes. He told me that I needed to go to the hospital immediately because there was pressure around my brain which was causing the optic never to swell. I had to stay in the hospital for about a week to get the right medications but I'm so glad that Dr. Kleinsorge was able to find the swelling in time. I will gladly wait an hour or more to see him, I just plan ahead.
Time management is horrible. I dont recommend this place.
Every time I go for my appointment I wait for over an hour to be seen! I am gonna have to find a new eye doctor.
I will never go there again. I got new glasses for the first time in my life. I never needed them before and someone recommended me to go there. Office help was fine but I went back numerous times because they didn’t feel right. Here I am months later and I can’t wear them. I feel like I am making my eyes worse. Cost me a lot of money because insurance doesn’t cover much. I was told that they should of checked me again when I got them to make sure they were right but they never did. Very disappointing to say the least..
