I walked into the store before closing on a Saturday and was greeted by a salesman who was clearly in a sour mood. Before showing me any jewellery, he repeated three separate times—almost agitated—that they don’t accept returns. When I asked him for the prices of three gold rings, he refused and said he wouldn’t give any prices unless I picked a specific ring first. At that point I’d had enough of the attitude, so I told him I was leaving. He just shrugged and walked back inside the shop.
Have patronized Frank’s for seven years. I’ve bought jewelry and had many repairs as well as alterations to pieces. Frank is always very helpful and his work is exceptional. For honest prices and quality work this shop is the place to go.
WOW! Decided to take my gold bracelet to Frank’s based on folks recommending it. My bracelet was fixed on the spot within 10 mins for a very reasonable price. The old clasp was removed, the new one added and it was back on my wrist. Unbelievable service. I expected to have to leave the bracelet for at least a week.
Great experience once again! Frank had my watch up and running in no time. He had a good sense of humour with the mistake I had made. Small shop but very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
