Quick, efficient and friendly service. I visited this location to have two watches serviced. Super friendly staff; my watches were repaired within 5 minutes and I was out the door. Pricing is decent and as expected. The Google reviews of this location are true and accurate. Based on my experience I will bring my 41 year old pendulum clock for service. I also appreciate the security feature of the doors being electronically locked as you enter and depart. Free parking in this plaza location. Convenient.
Racist and rude staff. Don't go here. And they only see you as a wallet don't care about you at all.
My watch was ready the next day at an excellent price!
Got my Citizen Eco-drive watch power cell and glass face replaced inexpensively and quickly, with good workmanship. Definitely worth it for repairs if I need any in the future.
