Great experience once again! Frank had my watch up and running in no time. He had a good sense of humour with the mistake I had made. Small shop but very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I had to get a bracelet readjusted to fit my wrist, I was in a rush and came up around 20 minutes before closing. The man who worked there was very friendly, took a look and sized it on the spot for me. He went out of his way to make sure to get it done quick for me as the bracelet meant a lot to me. I highly recommend this place if you look to purchase or get jewelry resized. The pricing was very reasonable, as well for the quality and the Great service.
Very rude customer service. I came in to size my watch - said it would cost $15 upfront for the resizing. After he removed 2 links I asked for him to remove an extra link as I felt the watch was too loose, once removed it then felt too tight. He refused to put the link back in when the watch was too tight - then charged me an extra $5 to put the link back in as he said it was “more work” for him (even though it took all of 5 secs to do).
