Fixed my broken wedding ring flawlessly, very happy
Took my vintage Tudor for service, and Frank left two marks on the dial when he removed the hands from the watch. It just broke my heart and he claimed customer should bear the risk for this after he damaged the dial. Not recommended for servicing any vintage luxury watch.
Had Frank make a new ring out of 3..had to put them together, create a band, build new prongs, insert stones..all to say the end product was absolutely beautiful! Delivered my ring within 1 week. Excellent customer service..he listened to what i wanted and product he provided exceeded my expectations! Thank you Frank!
