It saddens me to give this rating. Because Dr. Rowan is a very good surgeon. I feel with his full schedule he gets overwhelmed and stressed. But there's no reason to take it out on your patient. The first few times he was short with me I just let it go as a bad day This last time for a Doctor to talk down to you every time you ask a question is very unprofessional and disrespectful. When all I wanted was his help.
I visited the office to see Dr. Rowan about the results of my MRI. I noticed how busy the office was so I wasn’t surprised that his PA, Eric, took care of me. Eric was every bit as wonderful as Dr. Rowan. He took time to explain the results and also my options going forward. He answered every question I had very thoroughly and then put a steroid injection in my knee. I greatly appreciated how gentle he was. Very efficient and I experienced no wait time. Dr. Rowan is very friendly and takes time to discuss options with me.
Frank Rowan was extremely professional, and was very interested in helping me to solve my ailment. I would recommend Frank to anyone, as he is skilled and compassionate in his care.
Very attentive and explained the X-ray and need for surgery. I felt comfortable and secure with him and his PA, Erick. I hope to hear from the surgery scheduler soon as I have called several times. I have family obligations and would like to have this completed soon.
Dr. Rowan was easy to talk to and explained everything in terms that I could understand. He was very professional and took the time to answer all our questions. I would recommend Dr. Rowan to anyone.
Dr. Rowan is very knowledgeable and has a straightforward manner that is very helpful to someone who needs questions answered. This is the second issue Dr. Rowan has treated for me and I am very pleased.
