Dr. Rowan and his staff are phenomenal
This was my second post-op visit for a left knee arthroscopy. We were able to discuss my current status and recommendations for continued rehabilitation. Dr. Rowan took plenty of time with me, performed a thorough exam and advised of potential additional treatment needs.
Examined right hip and knee for unusual pain and any changes in joint replacement

Always listens and answers my questions. Did knee replacements to both of my knees. One 3 years ago: the other 1 1/2 years ago. Very pleased.
It saddens me to give this rating. Because Dr. Rowan is a very good surgeon. I feel with his full schedule he gets overwhelmed and stressed. But there's no reason to take it out on your patient. The first few times he was short with me I just let it go as a bad day This last time for a Doctor to talk down to you every time you ask a question is very unprofessional and disrespectful. When all I wanted was his help.
I visited the office to see Dr. Rowan about the results of my MRI. I noticed how busy the office was so I wasn’t surprised that his PA, Eric, took care of me. Eric was every bit as wonderful as Dr. Rowan. He took time to explain the results and also my options going forward. He answered every question I had very thoroughly and then put a steroid injection in my knee. I greatly appreciated how gentle he was.
