I've lived in a unit for over two years now and overall it has been a decent experience in terms of landlords. Most maintenance requests have been handled within 24-48h and I feel safe in my building, love my building mates, and rent is affordable. If I can give one advice. Just don’t… I live in one of their building on Cooper Street for three months. Here are some issues I encountered : - Loud music at 3:00 am coming from the downstair neighbor - Constant smell of weed and cigarette in the building - Cockroaches (although I didn’t saw any in my unit, but they had an exterminator coming in) - Police having to intervene with neighbors - Overheated appartement - Rude staff It has been my living hell and I lost 2400$ in their hands. Moved during the pandemic and it was super easy thanks to the management website they use and after being here over a year I'm very happy with my place and the amenities around. Love the hardwood floors and antique charm for a decent price too!
