I have repeatedly seen Dr. Costa however he has been unable to treat my condition. Most recently I sat in the waiting room 2 hours to go back to sit another hour in the exam room only to have my questions go unanswered. Additionally Dr. Costa refused to call in a prescription for me that was needed. I had to go to the emergency room the next day to get the help I needed. I would never recommend Dr. Costa.

Very unacknowledged staff!!!!! I asked them 15 times if they did a vasectomy in the office and they said yes. Then 2 days prior to having it done, they did not. They wont return my phone call or refund my co pay! I waited 2 hours after my appointment time and then only to wait another hour before the doctor came in and DIDN'T even know why I was there...Very upsetting and I hope no one goes there!
