I have heard good things about Dr. Bateman. Sad thing is I called 3 times to schedule an appt, but after 20+ minutes on hold with no one answering the phone, I was sent to the survey and then hung up one. I even tried to press 1 for a callback once prompted but nothing happened. So the Dr may be awesome, but can't schedule an appt with him. Will he calling Watertown to make an appt with anda Agley.
Best dermatologist I have ever experienced. He addressed all my problems with more compassion than I have ever seen!
Have gotten me in very quickly for appointments.
My daughter has had acne since she was 12. We tried everything from antibiotics to creams to a very strong medication which she became allergic to. Frank stepped in when her doctor left and has helped clear up her acne almost completely.
