Time to replace my 47 year old air conditioner. Reached out to Frank Monroe Air only to find out they merged with Project Heating and Cooling. No worries! Talked and met with Brandon & went through all my options. Didn’t have to wait and everything (both air and furnace) replaced and working well. Couple little hiccups but the service team was quick and very helpful.

We tried several different HVAC companies in the area and felt we were not getting the service we paid for. Frank H Monroe/Project have been the best. We just purchased a new air conditioner (just in time for this awful summer) and couldn’t be happier!

Can not sincerely thank them enough. After an uncomfortable and downright insulting visit from another vendor in which I was told my option was to drop $12K on a new unit, I was visited by Trevor who took the time to actually diagnose the issue and offer a solution that didn’t require a visit to my retirement savings. Thank you for honesty and professionalism - two things that are becoming harder and harder to find

Frank Monroe Heating and Cooling is the best! Our air had been out for 9 days and other companies couldn’t get it working. Luke came out and diagnosed the problem and had it up and running the next day! He was professional, polite, honest, and very knowledgeable. I am recommending Frank Monroe to everyone I know!
