Our furnace went out and I posted on Facebook asking for advice. Steven, the president, reached out to me and offered to get one of his repairmen out ASAP. The office called me first thing the next morning to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Luke came out and diagnosed the problem in less than ten minutes, got the furnace repaired, and our heat going again. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful! We will definitely be returning to them for our repair needs in the future!!
All aspects of this process were professional and smooth. We were offered 3 options and there was no pressure to make a quick decision. The installation was done on time and the technicians answered all our questions and were enjoyable to talk with. The pricing was excellent on top quality equipment too. I first had this company out to replace a furnace which went fine, but the AC is a whole other story, upon installing my ac their tech decided to weld a pipe he thought needed it, and set our attic on fire. They then left for lunch and my attic slowly burned for an hour while they were away cause i was never told they welded anything till after the fact.
