Do not use this company!!! It is a shame I had to even give one star to post this. We called them out because our A/C was freezing up inside. After looking at the unit we were told the evaporator coil was bad and the unit needed to be replaced for almost $4,000.00. When asked if there was any warranty on the unit, they said no. Since this was installed less than four years ago, we decided to get a second opinion. We had another company come out and the diagnosis was completely different. So, the unit was in fact still under ... read more

I had bought a kitchen tap and needed it installed. I see their vans around town so I called Frank Gay. Plumber came out, quoted me $450 to change the tap. How much? !!! I declined, he charged me $39 and left. I called another plumber, he came out, quoted me $150 and did the work (took him just under an hour). Don't waste your time with these crooks.

This company's charges are criminal. I had three residential plumbing issues worked by Frank Gray last week: replace a wax ring on a toilet, supply & install a kitchen garbage disposal unit, install a kitchen tap (supplied by me). Total cost $1,649. Less materials provided by them , that's $1,425 in labor. The tech was in my home for 3 hours - that's $475/hour. Just ponder that for a minute - $475/hour for a plumber. By comparison, I'm having some plumbing work done at my father's home in Volusia County this week: the licens... read more

Great company. Where to start - Trent was GREAT to work with. Very quick, very knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. He spotted a problem we even didn't know existed - after he was done working on what he initially came to fix. He stayed and fixed that problem as well. Saved us from quite a problem ready to erupt in the near future. We look forward to having him work for us again. If you need plumbing help, ask for him - you won't be sorry.

Over double national maximum cost f/backflow preventer replacement! Was diagnosed before tech arrived (late), I didn't receive invoice until days later. Finally got water but tech had no equipment on truck to verify/certify it, even according to F. Gay rep before tech arrived.

I called them early in the Afternoon about a Septic Tank backing up into the house. They said they couldn't send anyone out to look at it until after 7pm. Which by the way is when they get more for a service call. We already knew what the problem was and they told me they would have everything they need to pump the tank when they arrived. Then they have some young kid show up in the middle of the night so they could charge extra, He did nothing,,, He told me My Septic Tank needs to be pumped, which is why I called them ... read more

Over Charged I had two electrical outlets installed one in the back yard which my husband had already dug up the ground to save on time and hourly cost and the second was installed in the garage. I was told the cost would be between $500 - $600. I thought this was pretty high but agreed to this charge. Techs came out to do job they did a good job but after they had finished shock the charge was over $800 I was fuming fit to be tied. What could I do the job had been completed. I was going to use them for another job but n... read more

Very knowledgeable and professionally run operation! Mike McCune and Allan Johnson were truly a blessing to us. They installed a new boiler in a day and brought the 150 rooms that were out of service back on line for our sold out weekend. They saved the day!
