Very knowledgeable and professionally run operation! Mike McCune and Allan Johnson were truly a blessing to us. They installed a new boiler in a day and brought the 150 rooms that were out of service back on line for our sold out weekend. They saved the day!
We had great experience with Skip who did excellent work, very professional and would recommend him. Tony who was with him did good work also. If I ever need a construction person Skip is who we would call. Good job
Frank Gay Plumbing is an unethical company. It's owner sued me because I wouldn't pay a two bills for work that was done but didn't fix the problem. I called another company and they were successful. When I tried to explain to Frank Gay why I didn't feel I had to pay to pay the bill he wouldn't listen. Do to the fact I live out side the area and I didn't want to travel to Orlando. Noah arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly analyzed what needed to be done, and got to work. Before I knew it, he had everything completed and cleaned up the area where he had been working. He explained the charges on the invoice, which was less than I anticipated. Would I use Frank Gay Services again? Heck, yeah! Would I specifically ask for Noah to provide the service? Heck, yeah!! Good company, good friendly personnel, good prices. Completely satisfied.
I had an exceptional experience with Frank Gay Plumbing. I had a blockage in my tub and contacted their office and spoke with Tamera. She was very personable and immediately assigned a technician who arrived at my house within minutes and patiently waited until I arrived shortly after. Ron was professional and immediately fixed my blockage and explained the processes that he took to fix it. Very solutions driven and I will recommend to others due to the exceptional client service and level of expertise.
