Do not go with this company. Tech quoted me $500 to run a fridge water supply line and install a tee stop valve (holes already predrilled, and old line in place to make fishing a breeze). Then he said it would cost me $260+ for a diagnostic AND he’d have to CUT INTO my wall to confirm cold water was being supplied to my tub.But that was just to diagnose, from there i was looking at another $1,000 in work to fix what he suspected the issue might be. The incompetent guy (Michael Gilbert) they sent was totally wrong about the leak spot. It then cost me $200 to have a plummer break throught the slab and look for pipes. They found no pipes, plus the earth was bone dry. There was no leak in the area! It will probably cost me another $200 to have the hole repaired. They won't answer the phone at f, gay. So, I guess I'll have to sue them eventually for the cost of their bungling employee. Calling frank gay was the WORSY decision I could have made!
