I'm giving a 3-star rating only because the lady I spoke with, Jennifer. was very nice, attentive and tried to be accommodating. HOWEVER there are a lot of issues with this vehicle, and the dealer and its other representatives didn't seem open to compromise. They kept coming back to the fact that "they already knew that they were under market value and they were accounting for all the issues with the vehicle". Had a great experience with the dealer, my sales rep Dejan was amazing! I didn’t leave with the equinox I was looking at originally as it sold but I did leave with a car that is perfect for me.
