Yes, I was freezing Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. They ignored my questions

They were happy to address every concern I had Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment!
