I met Dr Alberta to get a second opinion on a rotator cuff surgery that i was told was needed. Dr Alberta took a lot of his time to walk me thru pros and cons of this surgery and recommended to wait based on my case. This to me shows that there are still Drs out there willing to deeply discuss health matters with patients and not just take short cuts to do what is more lucrative or convenient for them. Still waiting on my medical reports I personally handed to the staff on OCTOBER 14TH. It is November 8th. Already paid an office visit, made 3 trips to the office and countless phone calls. He is a good doc but the office communication is TRASH.
Dr. Alberta performed Full Right Shoulder Replacement Surgery on me at the end of 2023. He is a Master at his Craft. In addition, he is kind, compassionate and takes the time needed to explain and answer any questions without rushing you. He and Amanda his PA also provide excellent aftercare. Julee his Non-Surgical Coordinator is sweet, kind and always helpful.
