I contacted Frank to pull up tack strips at my dad's house. Carpet had been laid over original terrazzo in several rooms. Some companies don't even call back, but Frank responded. We scheduled and he arrived and got right to work. I've heard stories of how if the tack strips aren't removed correctly, the terrazzo can be damaged.
