Update: We went back and bought another vehicle BRAND NEW! Never thought it would happen for us but Johnathan made it happen! *Johnathan Masters * Absolute Best! I had a tight budget but needed a truck for my husband and he got me into a truck he would like under our budget! I also had my two toddlers with me and he was so helpful, it took so much stress off my shoulders. He also drove the truck to my husbands work to surprise him! 10/10 recommend and we will go back again!
10.17.2025. Despite a random and unscheduled stop, I would like to personally thank Joe in the Service Department for assisting me with the 5,000 mile maintenance needed on my Corolla. The service I received at this location was outstanding and I will definitely stop at this dealership again when I am in Joplin, Missouri. BRAVO and THANK YOU!!!
I had my oil change scheduled during a busy time. The issue was things went out of my control and couldn't make the appointment. They showed great customer service by squeezing me in an earlier time. 😊
I highly recommend Fletcher Toyota. John and Wes made my purchase of a 2026 vehicle the best I have ever experienced. John was unbelievably patient with getting exactly what I wanted and Wes was super helpful with what the options were and what we did and really didn’t need. They are both very earthy and enjoyable gentlemen and never pushy. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends, as well as returning for any future service and vehicles!
