Kudos to the Hyundai service department, specifically Aaron and Trent. I had some frustrating issues wit my Sonata and both of these employees were always, courteous, efficient and did what they said they were going to do.
This vehicle purchase was out of need not want. I didn't have the best of credit (not horrible) but I have to say these guys rocked it!! From the first phone call to the end of the day when I drove my new car home I had to work and they worked around that kept in touch with me throughout the day and had everything ready to go pretty much when I got back to the dealership when I got off work. Love our new car, but disappointed that we didn't get to draw for the Christmas in July event even though we purchased in July. Great car, great sales people, just bummed they didn't honor their own promotion.. :-(

I have bought 4 cars from Frank Fletcher and am very satisfied and happy with the way they worked with me to get me in a car I could afford!!! All of the salesmen and sales managers were awesome!
