They booked me for a visit 3 months out (their choice, not mine), then called back an hour later cancelling me — telling me that initial visits are all done by Telehealth. They didn’t know that when I was initially scheduled ? Seems odd to me. I have potentially serious problems that need attention. This is likely a “hands-on” examination. Probably is for the best.
Dr. Farrell is amazing and very caring, he genuinely is interested in your well being
