Great staff. Great experience. It was this one lady in the operating room can’t remember her name but she was amazing. She made my experience very much better. Thanks to the whole staff. Highly recommend.
Please adjust your hours to accurately reflect when you’re open. Office hours on Fridays (on your website and on the door) say 8 am - 3 pm. I dropped by and called multiple times to discuss my bill and whether or not my insurance had paid their share. If you miss a phone call, good luck getting ahold of the office. Not sure why the hours are listed as such if you aren’t in. I could call the emergency line, but I don’t know if my questions qualify as an emergency. I had three wisdom teeth removed. I have been a long time patient of Dr. Scarbrough. Ive had 3 open joint TMJ repairs and many injections for TMJ. The staff has always gone above and beyond. You cannot see a single scar on either side of my face. My daughter just had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and yet again they were phenomenal. The nurse, Eva who deals with TMJ has always been incredible. I would never trust anyone else.
