Dr. Diaz is very professional and caring. I appreciate his thoughtful care for my father. His office and staff were pleasant and professional as well.
An absolute shame this office is affiliated with Conviva. A horrible company who hires people for low wages, no education and poor training. 3 separate referral requests were sent for my grandmother to see her ophthalmologist for an emergency appointment for pain. She needs a referral with her insurance. Of course calling gets you nobody in the phone, you’re greeted with long waits and when you do finally speak to someone, they try to brush the work off on someone else and rush you off the phone.
