Just an all around great doctor. He showed real concern about solving my health problem. I thought I had a minor problem with numbness in my left hand. Dr. Dawson took his time to investigate and did extensive testing to preliminary diagnosis a nerve in my neck problem. Explained everything extensively with easy to understand terms. Highly recommend.
