Went in to get a tooth pulled. I was in and out in an hour. Very professional people. Then this afternoon they called to see how I was doing. Which made me feel great!!!
On a preop visit I met an office staff that was not very helpful, initially stated my insurance would not pay, only after I questioned them repeatedly did they call my insurance and determined I did, indeed, have coverage. This set the tone for strained communication. Wait time to see the doctor grew into an hour and a half. After 30 minutes I questioned when I would be seen and no one seemed to know or showed interest in finding out. 10 golden stars frank staff went above and beyond highly suggest this surgeon n staff.. my surgey was amazing staff was amazing .. I was well prepared for Surgey and results been amazing healed great no issues .. need Surgey his office has all kinds of options and you have too ask if cover or not... thank you everyone always grateful Dona n fam ...
I'd have to say worst experience from a medical facility. Tells a lot about a business owner by the people they employ to be the face of their business. I got the feeling that front reception felt empowered to be disrespectful at will, with no regards or fear of consequences. The office itself seems a bit dated and doesn't give you the welcome feel. It wasn't dirty, but it did make me wonder if they had updated equipment, and if they were up-to-date in the industry. I guess I will never find out. I chose to leave after my in... read more
