I have been going to Dr Cole for about 10 years now and I have received excellent very professional service and the office excells at getting you in very close to your appointment time ! Usually under 10 minutes or in case of an emergency or something offer to reschedule if there is going to be a delay ! I highly recommend the office for everything , if I need a prescription refill they are absolutely awesome and quick to deal with them ! Dr Cole was my physician for many years & wonderful. However his staff member Kaylee is in the wrong business. Rude, abrupt & hung up on me. Totally inappropriate behavior for any business let alone a doctors office. Suggest she work on an assembly line with no public contact.
