Dr. Frank performed my right SI joint fusion. Very knowledgeable, took his time to explain the procedure ant techniques. Sent me home with a video prior to surgery. Surgery a great success. Takes his time during follow up visits.

I liked Dr. Frank a lot and would recommend him but I did experience some issues with getting a prescription filled and from the staff in trying to get the prescription issue resolved. Poor listening skills & a lack of follow up by his staff led to frustration on my part. A text from the pharmacy informing me that my prescription was ready for pick up is how I was made aware that the issue was resolved. No follow up phone call from the office as requested was received. Mistakes happen but...

I am 42 years old. I thought I was too young and healthy to have back problems. But I did. I was hurt at work almost a year ago. Dr. Frank did my spinal fusion on July 29th. For the last year, I battled pain all down my leg and found it hard to stand or walk for even short periods of time. Immediately following my surgery, I felt relief. It is now less than 3 weeks after my surgery and I feel great. My stomach is still a little sore and tight, but that is to be expected. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Dr. Frank is great. I could not recommend him enough. I had been to another doctor who complete ignored the problem so by the time I was refered to Dr. Frank the issue was even worse. But he was willing to work with me and let me know that when I was ready to have the surgery all I had to do was call him. And that is what happened. All he showed me wasa care and concern.
