been here 13yrs.love it. but manager became ill ,and they are not replaceing her.the place is almost unmaned.the few time we see pepole they are rude and dismisive, the maintance may is the plus. hear. we also dont have cleaning staff. it done put on the mainanece person to do,and the have him running all over hell on diffrent sites. rent is too high. crazy resident running wild and free hitt cripples and the blind.plus she steals any thing she can get her hands on.i have no place else to go. frank get it together.

As someone with a disability who has PTSD, it seems that Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) don’t really connect well with their tenants. They’re is so much poor communication between the tenants and the property management. How can someone feel comfortable living in such a place where you have to feel like your walking on egg shells and afraid to defend yourself, threatened with notices or afraid of eviction because of being retaliated against or being discriminated against?
