We met Frank and Elizabeth at the 2018 Home Show and were very excited to work with them. Everything seemed to be going well until we gave them 2 sets of prints. They said they's have a quote in 2 or 3 weeks but after 13 weeks we started asking if they had questions. After no response, we asked for our prints back. They wouldn't answer our calls or respond to our texts and we never got a quote from them. Almost a year later, we had to go to the 2019 Home Show to get our prints back.
