I had a great experience at Videon. I inquired about a car via the Internet, got a response from Melanie. She responded and indicated that a sales person named Mike would take care of me from there. I worked with Mike, Dave and Bill when I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. My fiancé worked with them to determine the best option for me. I’m super pleased with everything. Nick was an amazing salesperson, and the finance folks were easy to work with too. I love my new truck. The shipper they used could have been a little better in several ways but in terms of the dealership and staff they were very helpful and I got a great deal on my new RAM truck.
