Horrible organization. The nurses first got my due date wrong for my baby. Then after i had an appointment schedule i get a call for a reminder of an appointment i never made they are very rude staff And i went in for labs and glucose which takes an hour and was told id have to come back because it will cut into their lunch. I will more then likely be changing my medical services to a different facility not run by those idiots.

This place was great when Dr. Garza was there. She apparently left without any notice to the parents and we all got random ass doctors who don't know our children, let alone what they're doing. Sat for 2 hours past my appointment time, they still took forever. At this point they're scheduling everything with a nurse practitioner because one of the two new doctors they hired quit 🙄🙄🙄 I'll be leaving communicare behind completely, and changing my baby over to someone else.
I have been taking my kids since they were born, which has been about 11-12 yrs. I love there Dr. but the service needs improvement. The wait is way to long, but just went to a doctors visit yesterday and to my surprise they are making great improvements. The wait was not long at all minimum 15 min to see dr and they have new staff so definitely great changes are to come.
this place used to be great when Dr. Garza was working here, my kids had been seeing her since they were born, and now without notice i walk in and they are telling me Dr.Garza no longer works here and i've been asigned to another Dr. They could have asked me first if i wanted to be seen by this Dr. when i called to set up an appointment. We were seen by the other Dr., she had a good personality, but gave us 2 wrong diagnosis. Even prescribed antibiotic for my 2 year old for "ear inffections" , i went to get a second opinion... read more
