Called to schedule an app for my son on Monday morning, who was running fever with an ear ache, they said they had no openings until WEDNESDAY! Asked for them to call me if there were any cancellations(of course they didn’t) called Tuesday to make sure there weren’t any free slots to find out they hadn’t even scheduled the appointment I had made the day before. This was the most bizarre and awful experience I have ever had in my life. I am happy they have care for women and children but their dentistry is crap. It took me 9 months to get two weeks worth of work done. I had saved the money for my dental work and I needed a partial bridge done. It took them 69 days and 5 visits just to do that. When I received my partial bridge back it look like it came from a chop shop! The metal showed through and it looked as though the teeth were decayed.
