Beware. Frank Brown sold me a used vehicle with known defects in the engine. 1 month after purchase and I have to have the engine replaced. Unfortunately the extended warranty they also sold me has denied the claim because it is a pre-existing condition with that vehicle. Frank Brown has refused to return my calls to work out an agreement. The warranty company had to show me the evidence that Frank Brown service center knowingly worked on the vehicle for this existing issue, but didnt do the proper repairs, they only slapped... read more
This dealership is absolutely terrible. I took my car in because the battery light, check oil light, and engine light were all on. Despite this, they failed to even check my battery. The very next day, my car stalled. When I confronted them, they blatantly lied and claimed I never mentioned the battery light, yet their own paperwork proves otherwise. Completely dishonest and incompetent. Stay away from Paul. Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Best Experience we have had in purchasing a vehicle! We drove up from Odessa, DeAnndra was wonderful! Went in and out with no problems, made us felt welcome! Definitely found our lifetime dealership/saleswoman!
