We were in Lubbock for Parents Weekend. Our Red Raider’s car had a glitch Sunday evening. Our flight was scheduled for Monday afternoon. I made appointment and Mr. Dean Loveless was able to assist us with the mechanical issue. He was very helpful and professional. He probably saw Mom stress written all over my face. UPDATE AGAIN. I am being told that i need my 100,00 mile service done on my honda when I was told by the sales man who sold it to me that it was done. Come to find out that the only thing thay was done to this car was an oil change. Additionally my compressor is going out. I will be reporting frank brown honda to the BBB and I think it's in their best interest for them to reach out to me. OH AND DONT BUY FROM RICK LARA HES THE ONE WHO LIED TO US. Such a great experience! Dee was an angel, so personable, and helpful during this experience. Gave me everything I needed! She has a great way of explaining the process of buying a car. I also came here in the past for maintenance on my old car, and the whole team was great!
