After you buy a vehicle from them they treat you like you don't matter. I would never recommend anyone buy anything from them!!!!
Bought a car today at Frank Browns. My good friend Smiley Dave Ysasaga treated me so well and walked me thru the process. Everyone was amazing!!!! Very pleased!!!
They changed my oil, did a tire rotation and checked my cabin filter and air filter very quickly. I think they did a really good job and we’re very polite!
The service department is a joke! Made me wait a week for an appointment. Then told me I had to ge there early or they wouldn't look at it. I got there early and they still didnt look at the car. They didnt bother to tell me this until I call. Then Paul, the service tech, got mouthy. Absolute worst customer service that I have ever delt with. Go somewhere else!
