Great place to purchase a vehicle!
I don’t recommend anything about this dealership. Awful customer service from sales all the way to management. Won’t own up their mistakes, the MANAGER John called my husband the wrong name, on top of other mistakes made because of trying to rush a deal.
Came to frank brown for my first set of services. Very impressed with customer care from getting out of my car to the cashier. Terry informed me of an issue which he immediately took ownership of and fixed it. He never made me feel like it was my problem. That’s customer care to the next level if u ask me. I highly recommend this place bc they made a mistake, as humans do, and they immediately made it right. That’s far more impressive to me. Thank u Terry for your great hospitality!
Frank Brown was the easiest to work with but couldn’t get it done without Tyson Hall. He was the best.
Very friendly and great service
Worst experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle!! The vehicle had a scratch on it that paint had been put on it very poorly when we purchased it. They tried to blame the window tinting place. But after watching video from tint place it wasn't them. Then they told us that their bodyshop would look at it. When I called to take it to their bodyshop Frank Brown does not even have a bodyshop. Kienan and John were exceptional. my wife and I went back and forth between a couple of different vehicles and Kienan and John were super patient and never became pushy throughout the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend Frank Brown to anyone looking for a vehicle. This was the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from there. There is a reason we went back and will continue to go back and that reason is their unbeatable customer service! Best dealership in Lubbock and it aint even close!
I recently purchased a vehicle for Frank brown and three weeks later it broke down on me. I contacted the sales department manager to discuss the problem and try to decide what I should do next. the sales manager told me in his exact words " the truck has 90 thousand miles of course it broke down it's going to have issues you should have brought new then maby i could help" needless to say I was very disappointed with how the conversation went.
