He has a clean organized office with friendly staff always greets you with a happy smile. -- He helped me with multiple cases throughout collage when I was attending Ball State University. He always treated me with respect and understanding, always listened carefully with empathy, and made sure he understood the case correctly for the right action. He is exactly how your attorney should be.

Frank Brinkman is overpriced & will submit a motion to withdrawal if you run out of money, does not make payment arrangements. Does not feel like he cares about your case, only the money. $2500 for him to file a single motion, had two 30 minute meetings with defendants lawyer, and submitted paperwork to appoint a guardian ad litem. Defendants lawyer stated he never hear from Frank, when Frank stated he would contact him regarding mediation. Charges for phone calls.
