I dont normally leave bad reviews, but the service department here are legit crooks. Brought in my GTI that I had owned for a whole week because I was getting a loud rattling from one of my wheels. I figured out i was something loose in my brakes. I brought it there for them to fix since it was a CPO and I figured it would be covered. Not only would they not cover it, they insisted I needed all new pads and rotors around the entire car, and quoted me $1600 for it.
