Jericho has the best patience for someone like me, a walk in. Today my "oil level light" came on and knowing I have a road trip coming up, that's not something I mess around with. I was able to pull in , state the problem and she PERSONALLY grabbed the oil can and topped off my car checking levels with an oil rag. She is NOT afraid to get dirty to find out the problem with the car. She is quite knowledgeable in the world of VW and I would send any of my friends to her.
