There is some cashier and other staf is rude and unresponsive. I towed my jeep wrangler it had broken down. They fixed but uncomplete still engine sign is on. My jeep service handling name is LINDA i tried called and message but no response. When i arrived there to pick up my jeep front person told me LINDA IS BATHROOM i wait 26 mins nobody showup there. I had scheduled an appointment for a diag and repair and the techs were on it right away they let me know what was wrong with my vehicle and I could approve or decline. I did approve of a transmission service and it was all because of Jerico Verriden the best service writer. Because oh her outstanding performance and outgoing personality I will will be a Boucher customer because of her. Thank you again for the amazing service and the quickness of the service!!!!
I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership, but I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. Despite the serious issue with my car, I have not received any return calls or follow-up from the dealership. This lack of communication is very frustrating, especially when dealing with a new vehicle problem. I expected much better support and responsiveness
I would give less if I could: Beyond Disappointed!! I purchased my vehicle in Nov 2025. I arrived around 5pm with a specific vehicle in mind. Now, my experience in the beginning started off quite pleasant. Charlie was my sales rep and had the vehicle pulled up and ready to go when I arrived- he was very kind, thoughtful and I had a good experience with him but that’s where it ended. Christopher was a friendly and helpful salesperson. The finance manager was pleasant as well. I appreciated that neither gentleman was overly aggressive or condescending toward a woman car shopping alone.
