Just had my 2nd dealer provided free oil change at the dealer. This dealer was the best experience I've had with a dealer. They were polite, fast and very efficient. They even washed my car when done. Highly recommend if you don't do your own oil changes.
Dont trust Boucher for service. I brought my Mazda 3 here due to a traction control issue. After scanning it myself I was mostly sure it was a wheel speed sensor, but it was winter and I didnt want to do the job outside. I took it here and they instead told me it was the ABS module and that it would be over $1000 to fix. Well I wasnt going to pay for that on a car only worth $5000. So once it warmed up outside I decided to try just replacing the wheelspeed sensor. Guess what, $40 and 15 minutes later the problem is gone! The... read more
Lee McGee is the most valuable employee here. I would give him 5 stars for his great customer service. He also acknowledges when things could be handled better by other departments and puts in effort to fix things. Thank you for making sure I left with a smile, Lee. Front office reception is nice too when directing calls.
