Was very pleased with my experience
Our bad luck had us in Frank Boucher’s collision shop for the second fender bender in a year. Both times we were totally satisfied with the work, the helpful and very pleasant associates, the accuracy of the estimates and the checkout process. We are for sure not going anywhere else for future work if our bad luck continues!
Warning... found out today they do not use OEM fluids in all cases. transfer case had gear oil in it as compared to normal transmission fluild. Response is they use a 3rd party company for fluids and they match the recomended viscosity but not exact recomend fluid type(trans vs gear). Seems to me you go to the dealer expecting OEM parts and fluids for service. you might want to ask before fluid changes.
My experience was awsome!! Very friendly and handled the whole car dealer and purchase very thoroughly the salesmen Charlie! Understand what I wanted and could afford and helped me get into the 2025 chevy trax activ!! That i went there for.
I rated 5 because the dealer itself was EXCELLENT, our salesman Charlie was awesome(2nd purchase from him)! I give chevy a 3 because our car had a known factory defect and didn't have it addressed until we got our NEW car home and it leaked trans fluid on our driveway. I was kinda pissed that chevy didn't have the dealer check all of its inventory for the issue. Thanks Charlie and Frank Boucher for another great purchase experience!
