Frank's handling of his agreement with my cousin was completely unprofessional and unethical. He agreed to pay $150/hour for IT work and then refused to pay the full amount after the job was completed, fabricating a lower budget as an excuse. This type of dishonesty is unacceptable in any business. I strongly advise avoiding Smiley Tax Service and Trinity Homes Realty if you value professionalism and integrity.

Frank is the most dishonest person I’ve ever seen in business. He hired my brother, agreed to $150/hour for 12 hours of IT work, and then refused to pay what he owed. Instead, he made up lies about a “budget” and responded with nothing but disrespect. Smiley Tax Service and Trinity Homes Realty are a joke. Frank’s lack of integrity will come back to haunt him. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Blatantly Dishonest and Disrespectful I watched this whole disaster happen. Frank hired my cousin for IT work, agreed to $150/hour for 12 hours, and then straight-up refused to pay what he owed. After the job was nearly done, he lied about his "budget," tried to shortchange him to $900, and even ignored a generous discount to $1,500.
